Lock Your Heart

Ukrainians have a cool tradition of putting a lock with their names engraved on it onto a bridge on their wedding day.  Sometimes boyfriends and girlfriends put a lock on the bridge too.  We took pictures of some of the locks on a bridge in Kharkov.  We also found a fountain with a couple kissing.  Our young professional insisted that we kiss in front of the fountain for the picture.  For a minute I worried about making people uncomfortable from PDA, but then I remembered that there are always gross couples making out on the metro here, so I figured that their culture would have no problem with a simple peck for a picture.
