Jackson is still completely obsessed with cars. If I let him, (and I often do), he will play with his cars for hours. He was Lightening McQueen for Halloween. He has Cars pajamas, a Cars blanket, and a Cars Lunch Tote to carry all of his cars in. He has conversations with his cars in which he quotes lines from the movie. He has the names of even the random side-characters memorized. He loves Frank, (who apparently, is the scary tractor who chases McQueen and Mater after they go tractor tipping). When he was two years old and was having trouble learning his colors, my friend had the idea to tell him the the colors of the characters in the movie Cars. Once I told him that red is the color of Lightening McQueen, that Chick Hicks is green, and that King is blue, he had his colors memorized within a few days. Silly boy. Naturally, his birthday pool party was Cars themed. He even got to blow out his candle in the pool, from his cars floatie. Here are some photos.

They will have to be friends then! Cars are the only thing that Jackson talks about all day long.
