Maxwell had his 2nd birthday party. Eight little toddlers came. I made Elmo Cupcakes with marshmellow eyes with chocolate chips in the middle, peanut M & Ms for a nose, and decorating gel for the mouth. I died the cream-cheese frosting red with food coloring. The kids were great, all except for Maxwell. Maxwell got tired of seeing the eight kids all playing with HIS toys, so he started throwing tantrums--and for the last 45 minutes that people were there he was a beast. He really enjoyed getting presents and having elmo cupcakes, but he had a hard time after that.
