Because I just started this Blog today, I thought I should go back an include some of the big stuff like our wedding and Maxwell's birth.
Maxwell was born February 24, 2007. Here is a short excerpt from an email I sent out when I left the hospital:
Hi friends! I am just emailing you all from the hospital. I am going home tonight with our new baby boy. His name is Maxwell. He was born saturday morning at 8:49, he weighed 7lbs 10oz, and he is 19 inches long. I was in labor for about 12-13 hours, but I stopped progressing and stayed at the same point for about 6 1/2 hours. They were going to have me keep going, but Maxwell's heartbeat dropped really low with each contraction, and they were worried he wasn't getting enough oxygen, so they told me it would be safest to deliver him through a cesarean. He is healthy and cute! Enjoy the pictures! Tiffany
